Job Description:

Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive internal and external sales & marketing strategy and related plans to maximize overall hotel revenue market share and optimization of profit returns for the hotel for all markets. Specific responsibilities include overseeing sales efforts and for overall positioning of hotel, brand communications. Assure Outrigger brand requirements are implemented for all sales and marketing efforts. Actively sell the hotel to reach revenue and expense goals. Interact with both internal and external customers to achieve brand clarity and product uniformity. Maintain close relationship and collaboration with Corporate Brand and Marketing Departments. Work with Area Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing and Business Development, Marketing and Revenue support to ensure Rate & Occupancy goals are met.

Minimum Requirements

Five (5) or more year's previous management experience within the Sales and Marketing or Travel Industry. Bachelor degree in related field is required. Skilled in various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
