Responsibilities - Determine the scope of assigned projects and use software programs to create electrical system designs, including lighting, power distribution, emergency generation systems, fire alarm, security, and other electrical systems - Create cost-effective system layouts, sizes, and specifications while ensuring compliance with applicable codes - Prepare and layout BIM drawings and coordinate with other disciplines at all phases of project production - Perform construction administration tasks such as site observations and review of shop drawings - Define project scope accurately and proactively manage any potential scope variations to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with clients, partners, architects, owners, and other professionals involved in the projects - Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced electrical engineers/designers - Handle additional assigned duties as necessary Qualifications - Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in either Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Dallas/Ft.
