As the Commercial Operations Loan Servicer II, you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day activities related to loan servicing including sending monthly statements, collecting monthly payments, maintaining records of payments, and following up on any payments owed. In this role, you will be expected to work under a limited degree of supervision and will likely provide informal guidance to team members with less experience. Primary responsibilities include

The Commercial Loan Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and processing Commercial Loan payments, advances, incoming/outbound wires and loan maintenance for the team. The specialist will also be responsible for analyzing and solving operational, system or customer issues.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Ensuring team process monetary and non-monetary requests within established deadlines and high quality standards

- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to Bank policies, controls and regulatory requirements to mitigate operational and reputational risk

- Communicate with business partners to address processing questions and resolutions

- Identify processing gaps utilizing current knowledge and experience

- Adhere to written procedures and maintain minimal error rate

- Assist in development of procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency for customers

- Create and maintain daily productivity reports

-Resolves complex issues with minimal guidance, escalating as appropriate

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while successfully prioritizing multiple requests

- Excellent organization skills - Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize

- Superior customer service skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

- 3+ years working in Operations environment

- Experience with LIQ preferred

Education:

Bachelors Degree preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

+ Hours per Week: 40

+ Work Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm EST
