The desire and ability to do general Neurosurgery is essential. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified General Neurosurgeon with five to six years of experience who is interested in practicing at a well-respected community based hospital. We utilize state-of-the-art facilities, pioneering procedures, and clinical expertise to attract and retain the best and most inspired physicians. Highlights: Comprehensive & Primary Stroke Centers, Level II Trauma Center, advanced technology including image guided navigational surgery and intraoperative imaging. Surgical home base at Mount Carmel East Hospital Optional opportunity to participate in practice leadership. 6 days of call monthly Neuroscience specialty units and staff Experienced Neurosurgery NP team onsite 24/7 Well established team of 17 neurologists offering subspecialty areas including headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, dementia, and neuromuscular disorders. Large, established, referral base within the medical group, ACO and community partners.
