Full Circle Services is a local lawn care and landscape company located in Doylestown, PA. We are a fast-paced, small business experiencing hyper-growth. Our mission is to provide “Worry-Free Lawn Care” by making our client experience and service seamless, easy, and exceeding expectations. We are looking for driven area development managers who can help turn our prospects into customers.

Position Overview:

Area Development Managers work directly with the owner of the company and our clients which allows extensive opportunities for growth into management or sales leadership positions. They are the first people to talk with our potential clients and show them what we are all about. Area Development Managers also leverage social media to sell more accounts easier. The successful candidate is hungry to help grow the company but is still able to get all of the little things right and noted so our clients and field teams have a seamless experience. They are comfortable working with a team, communicating with customers, problem-solving, using social media, and selling. They look forward to making clients happy and helping make more worry-free green lawns.
