The Hospitality Companion is responsible for administering non-medical services to residents, performing routine tasks in the care of residents, and helping residents adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Nursing-related experience preferred.

  • Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families, and coworkers.
  • Ability to demonstrate sincere compassion.
  • Exhibits the ability to deal comfortably with the aged and chronically ill.
