Insurance Estimate Writing Team Lead

$60K per year + opportunities for bonuses - OTE $80K+Supplement Experts is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Estimate Writing team at our company specializing in roofing. As the team leader, you will oversee a team responsible for preparing accurate insurance estimates for roofing companies which will be used to increase insurance payouts when warranted. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive fair and timely reimbursement for their roofing projects. Please note, it is required to have experience with either Xactimate to qualify for this role. If you do not, you will be screened out.Responsibilities:Manage a team of insurance estimators, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient estimation processes.Collaborate with roofing contractors, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.Review and approve estimates to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in the estimation process.Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and key metrics.Requirements:Previous experience in insurance estimation, preferably in the roofing industry.Proficiency in Xactimate.Strong leadership and communication skills.A track record oftakingownership of team performance and proactively solving problems.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Join our team and help us make a difference in the insurance supplementing industryThis role is open for remote candidates in the United States with preference given to candidates in the Mountain time zone and Colorado specifically.How many years of experience do you have with Xactimate? * 0 1-4 5+How many years of experience do you have managing people? * 0 1-3 3-10+#J-18808-Ljbffr
