Staff Accountant temporary position for a family owned manufacturing company located on North Shore. Duties: Manage various aspects of business unit accounts receivable, cash receipts and banking, including the review of supporting documentation. Reconcile bank accounts cash disbursements and receipts, accounts payable, receivable, processes against general ledger.
Process and post journal entries for routine invoices in ERP, other transactions and ensure accuracy.
Assist with year-end Tax filing preparation and support sales and use tax reporting. Analyze general ledger accruals and adjustments. Process payroll (ADP or other online processing preferred). and administer compensation, benefits and leave programs. Proficient in MS Office Suite. NetSuite experience preferred.
