**Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM**

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the facility in a clean, safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. Perform daily maintenance/janitorial services as directed by Environmental Director, Nursing Services and Administrator. On the job training, will be provided for miscellaneous maintenance duties.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Applicant must possess the ability to deal with other personnel, residents, family members, and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.

* Previous janitorial experience preferred.
