Job Description:

The Campus Director will provide leadership in all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative areas. Ensure high customer service by fostering a positive campus environment for staff and students. Adhere to state and federal laws, rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Provide leadership, development, and guidance to staff, ensuring a culture that supports student success.

Directly engage with students, offering guidance on educational requirements and resources.

Uphold L’Esprit Academy's core values and mission.

Model positive behavior for staff and students.

Resolve issues promptly and positively.

Implement and enforce established policies and procedures.

Multitask, organize, and complete tasks accurately and on time.

Coordinate emergency campus closures with the leadership team.

Foster trust and teamwork across departments.

Staff Management:

Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff with respect and recognition.

Collaborate with the Director of Education to complete classroom observations and annual reviews.

Ensure consistent demonstrations and career fairs.

Conduct monthly staff meetings.

Provide feedback, set performance expectations, and manage under-performance.

Oversee annual performance reviews.

Approve timecards, manage discrepancies, and oversee overtime.

Student Engagement:

Ensure positive outcomes in completion, placement, and licensure.

Oversee student surveys and provide feedback for improvements.

Address student complaints per company policy.

Counsel students on maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).

Maintain a positive, clean, and safe campus environment.

Drive student re-entries and participate in new student orientation.

Student Salon:

Address guest concerns with support from the Director of Education.

Set goals to promote salon revenue.

Collaborate with Marketing for salon promotions.

Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies.

Promote increased community foot traffic.

Compliance:

Prepare for and participate in annual compliance and financial audits.

Maintain relationships with Salons/Spas and hold advisory board meetings.

Enforce safety and ensure all equipment is functional.

Report maintenance needs promptly.

Conduct monthly campus audits for compliance.

Audit student file accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Flexible schedule.

Ability to commute for meetings.

Strong organizational and proactive thinking skills.

Effective time-management.

Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Ability to remain calm under stress.

Eagerness to grow and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Active industry license preferred but not required.
