What we’re looking for: As a Business Intelligence Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in working with business across other RSNA departments and provide reporting support and regular and impromptu data extracts. You will identify trends and relationships among different data sources and review/approve data in operational reports, applications and interactions utilizing the RSNA’s association management system.

What you’ll do: Maintain business intelligence products with a focus on data quality in real time transactional data. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to data and reports. Evaluate and validate data output of real time operational reports. Create and maintain reports and queries to support business needs. Escalate when appropriate. Become a subject matter expert of membership, committees, and other datasets within and outside the AMS. Develop expertise on RSNA’s data and assist the team to work on support tickets/project tasks and develop RSNA’s data assets including data warehousing, reporting and analytics platforms. Use knowledge of current standards, policies, and procedures to develop and improve the current business intelligence solutions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements : A bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or related quantitative field preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a report developer Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Proficiency in BI tools SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SSRS (Power BI is a plus) Ability to work autonomously and ask for assistance when needed. Excellent logical reasoning, multi-tasking, and analytical skills Ability to understand, analyze and solve problems. Desire to have fun while working with a team to solve real world problems using technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills
