Job Description

Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to join the team at a small renewable natural gas processing facility in New York, where you will harness the power of cow poop to make a positive impact in the energy industry Embrace the 'udderly' amazing challenge of managing the day-to-day maintenance & operations while ensuring that production, financial and safety goals are met

Responsibilities: Plant Operations: • Manage the RNG gas processing facility, overseeing all aspects of its operations and performance • Oversee daily maintenance & operations to meet production, financial, and safety goals • Prioritize safety protocols • Minimize downtime to ensure seamless operations • Efficiently manage operating expenses • Maintain detailed & accurate records • Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the RNG plant.

Safety & Compliance: • Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and regulations • Promote a culture of safety and accountability for self and others • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations • Responsively address problem situations

Production & Quality Control: • Safely operate production equipment and systems • Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency while adhering to the annual budget • Perform quality-control tests and maintain accurate detailed records • Develop and implement strategies to maximize plant performance, productivity, and profitability

Team Management: • Participate in hiring, promotions, and training of staff • Review the work of direct report and provide guidance

Knowledge & Skills

• High School Diploma • 8+ years of relevant experience • Prior management experience is required • Experience with anaerobic digesters, gas compressors, electrical gears, flares, thermal oxidizers, flow meters, piping, gas analyzers, gas chromatographs • Biogas, RNG, Ethanol, or Oil & Gas is preferred • Mechanical & electrical aptitude
