Job Description:

Reporting to the GM and National Sales Manager, this role will maintain an in-depth and thorough knowledge of the West Los Angeles marketplace. The objective is to develop Winery Direct sales to achieve company goals for the Sinegal Estate wholesale portfolio of brands. This person will aggressively and proactively identify, target and close market opportunities within both the On-Premise and Off-Premise channels.

The majority of focus will be On-Premise so the role will require a person that is passionate about working directly and closely with restaurants, hotels, country clubs, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: ·

Selling 100% Winery Direct. ·

Maintain and develop long-term relationships with our existing accounts, while establishing and building new distribution, and growing account base by opening new accounts. ·

Maintain regular communication and contact with accounts, including frequent on-site visits to sample products, provide customer support and monitor inventory levels. ·

Target unsold accounts with a continuously updated list. ·

Attend and support consumer events, wine dinners and trade tastings. ·

Achieve annual targets set with the management team. ·

Work within brand standards to always insure retail pricing and programming integrity. Recognize opportunities to generate and develop new business and distribution. Track and maintain inventory burn rates to make sure there are no OOS issues. Provide timely and relevant reports for the management team as needed. Adhere to Company policies, and ABC regulations. ·

Travel to all regions of Los Angeles County on regular basis. Job Requirements: 5+ years successful track record in fine wine industry sales. Strong knowledge and experience of the industry and established relationships with Los Angeles Key accounts. Honest and deals with unquestionable integrity in all business transactions. Possesses a passion for fine wine and the wine business, knowledgeable about fine wine. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a willingness to push the boundaries and grow. A team player. Communicative and collaborative. The ability to lift 40 pounds and travel via car for long periods of time.

Compensation $105K, 20% annual Salary Bonus, T&E, Auto Allowance, 15 Days PTO, 6 Days Sick.
