We're seeking an Topside Design Engineer for a unique, tailored mission.

Responsibilities:

Our team supports the Navy in ensuring that Fleet assets maintain electromagnetic compatibility. Thats why we need you, an engineer who specializes in electromagnetic interference and compatibility to help us design and develop corrective actions for identified problems.

  • Design and develop corrective actions for identified problems.
  • Identify and recommend engineering fixes to mitigate unacceptable risks and conduct evaluations on any new systems being placed on surface assets.
  • Maintain a superior Naval Fleet by ensuring existing or new systems function as intended.
  • Use experience-based knowledge in electromagnetic and topside surveys while broadening skillsets into areas like modeling and simulation, and operational assessments.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday.
