Cyber Security Manager with Security Clearance

Onsite Technical Lead (Sr. Security Manager) with supervisory responsibility over all Contractor staff to include work assignments.

The contractor positions require excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently or collaboratively on a number of technical and programmatic tasks concurrently.

Contractor positions should also demonstrate proficiency with all aspects of Cyber Security. 10 years of experience support cybersecurity and security programs

Critical thinking, and ability to balance security requirements with mission needs

Relationship management; experience interacting with senior government officials.

Project management (tracking tasks with timely delivery) Type of work

The contractor shall provide onsite expert technical and functional support/solutions, problem analysis, and recommendation analysis, development of white papers or other documentation, workshop facilitation, in order to meet or exceed the requirements. Tasks include: Provide technical assistance for network administrative staff, incident handling and information assurance/security awareness training;

Update the Vulnerability Tracking Resource Tool, conduct security data calls, Contingency of Operations Plan (COOP);

Implement Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) dissemination, reporting, compliance, and verification procedures.

Report security violations and incidents to the servicing Regional Computer Emergency Response Team (RCERT).

Ensure implementation of periodic security inspections, assessments, tests, and reviews.

Maintain training and certification records for Cyber personnel and user Cyber awareness training documentation.

Ensure approved procedures are in place for clearing, purging, destroying, and releasing system memory, media, and devices.

Establish data ownership and responsibilities (including accountability, access, and special handling requirements) for each IS.

Verify that Cyber personnel are maintaining and auditing access and log data.

Assist the IAM/DCSIM in identifying and validating Cyber resource requirements.

Provide input to the IAM for management controls.

Develop comprehensive Cyber policies.

Participate in Command Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs).

The contractor is responsible for maintaining the technical skills of contractor personnel in accordance with industry standard for Cyber security requirements.

Verify that Cyber personnel are maintaining and auditing access and log data.

Assist the IAM in identifying and validating IA resource requirements.
