Base pay range $90.00/hr - $100.00/hr Were seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within statewide public health programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating across diverse teams, and driving operational improvements. Youll work closely with program leaders, business units, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical projects using best-in-class project management practices. If you excel at building strong stakeholder relationships, resolving blockers, managing risks, and communicating with executive leadership, this role is a great match. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from initiation through completionplanning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Develop project charters, SOWs, risk assessments, test plans, work plans, and project documentation. Track and report progress on critical projects to senior and executive leadership. Identify technology and operational gaps and present recommendations for improvements. Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to keep projects aligned and moving forward. Map business processes and identify efficiencies that support organizational performance. Maintain project dashboards, documentation, and communication tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams. Provide concise weekly status updates and elevate issues as needed. Candidate Qualifications Required 8+ years managing complex, multi-unit projects in large organizations. 8+ years preparing reports, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. 8+ years developing project plans, schedules, budgets, risk/issue logs, and contingency plans. 8+ years leading stakeholder communication, presentations, and relationship management. 8+ years business process mapping and identifying operational improvements. Hands?on experience creating SOWs, charters, design docs, test plans, and project documentation. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem?solving skills. PMP certification required.
