Daily Assignments
  • Attend Formal Claims Meeting, Track Customer Issues in log and send Email Summary
  • Address Facilities Issues, Invoice Review and Purchase Orders
Monthly Assignments
  • Generate Quality Metrics Summary (Formals / Rejects / Shipped / RPPM / Cost of Non-Quality), Analyze Data, and Follow-up with Plants on Data-Discrepancies
  • Obtain, Log, and Evaluate Compliance of Customer Scorecards against requirements
Ongoing Assignments
  • Internal Process Audits, with 5% travel expected
  • Quality, Facility and/or Process Improvement Projects
Position Requirements
  • Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing environment preferred
  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • Quality Certification or Training (Problem Solving and Data Analysis) preferred
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG Core Tools
  • Possess Leadership Skills
  • Ability to analyze data (Pivot Tables, Charting, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel - ability to chart / analyze trends & generate action plans for improvement
