This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class organization and be part of a dynamic and ambitious team.Responsibilities:As Project Manager, supervises the overall performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and proceduresProvides proactive feedback to Project Sponsor (Director overseeing project) regarding status of projects and audit issuesRecommends and effectively introduces analytics solutions for high risk audit areas; identifying applicable analytical methods / tools and technologies for various analytic projects / audits; managing and delivering complex analytic auditsIdentifies, schedules, and trains guest auditors on audits / projectsImplements Bunge s Fraud framework within their country(ies) of responsibilityCommunicates the results of audit and advisory projects via written reports and oral presentationsAssists the Global Internal Audit Leadership Team in planning, organizing, directing and monitoring Internal Audit operations, including hiring, training and evaluating staffManages assigned regional lead seniors, seniors, and staff auditors, including performance appraisal and individual development activitiesCustomer satisfaction and quality assurance so that stakeholders for their projects receive quality products and servicesParticipates in the risk assessment and audit planning processAdministrative matters related to Global Internal Audit operationsDevelops and maintains intimate knowledge of country operations, locations, financial results, control environment, initiatives, and strategiesBuilds value added relationships with country management, and acts as key point of contactPursues professional development opportunities, including internal and external training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workersPerforms related work as assigned by the Global Internal Audit Leadership TeamRequirements:Equivalent experience from a relevant field is acceptable; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; MBA is a plus.CPA/CA, CIA, or international equivalent certificationSix or more years of full-time experience in auditing, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation, including one to four years of supervisory or project management experienceExcellent English skills required, other foreign languages are a plusIndustry knowledge or expertise in a relevant specialty area is desirable (e.g., IT, Trading, Engineering)We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Considerable knowledge of industry and related country regulations and lawsExtensive skill in project planning and management, and maintaining composure under pressureStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Skill in fostering positive working relationships and collaborating effectively within a team environmentProven track record of team leadership and developing sustainable relationships with executivesAbility to work in a global environment with domestic and international travel requirementsSkills in conducting international business, including any advanced or multiple language abilitiesBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
