Title:

Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst

Job Purpose:

To support Regional Finance with reporting and analysis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the Regional Finance Director with monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare P&L variance analysis against budget and prior months to identify issues and work with Accounting and other stakeholders across the business to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across the business and region to understand Branch & Region results and help drive financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain models to support the month-end, forecasting, and budget processes.
  • Prepare weekly revenue forecast and continuously enhance forecasting process as applicable.
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets for the operational Branches.
  • Prepare revenue & cost reviews to analyze trends, identify issues and opportunities.
  • Build excellent relationships with the wider Finance and FP&A teams.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide analytical support as needed by stakeholders to support decision-making across the North and Latin America region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Relevant Professional qualification or pursuit of qualification is strongly preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A or Accounting preferably with a global, matrixed organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong PowerBI user or user of equivalent BI reporting tools with experience of handling large, complex data sets.
  • Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze issues and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a "can-do, positive" attitude and an ability to work with stakeholders across geographies and levels within the organization.
  • Excellent time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines to complete assignments in a timely manner.
