Position Summary: We are actively seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of real estate and data analytics. This role is crucial for leading the development and enhancement of internal data products, driving efficiency and supporting informed decision-making across the company. By working closely with business stakeholders and our engineering, AI, and data operational teams, you'll ensure our data products not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of business.

Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our internal datasets, upholding supreme data quality and integrity, and transforming raw data into actionable insights for various stakeholders within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the lifecycle management of internal data products, from initial strategy through development, launch, and iterative improvement.

Analyze internal needs and the operational landscape to identify opportunities for creating or enhancing data products that improve productivity and decision-making processes.

Work in collaboration with technical teams to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and guide the product development lifecycle with an emphasis on agility and user satisfaction.

Take ownership of data quality and integrity, ensuring datasets are meticulously structured, accurately reflect operational realities, and align with best practices in data management.

Establish and monitor metrics for evaluating data quality and product efficacy, driving continuous enhancement to meet the high standards expected by users.

Engage with users across departments to gather feedback, understand their data needs in-depth, and incorporate this feedback into ongoing product enhancements and features.

Stay informed about trends in technology, data analytics, and the commercial real estate industry to ensure our tools and products foster innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Real Estate, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field, showcasing a strong foundation in both business and technical disciplines.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in product management, with a significant portion of that experience focused on developing, managing, and optimizing data products. Experience in a commercial real estate context or similar industry is highly beneficial.

Data Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in handling large datasets, with a solid understanding of data management best practices, data quality assurance, data governance, and the specific challenges related to commercial real estate data.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of using data to inform decision-making, improve processes, and drive product improvements. Experience with analytics and BI tools is preferred.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with the technological landscape related to data products, including databases (e.g., SQL), data processing, and visualization tools. An understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile, is essential.

Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects. A collaborative mindset is vital, as is experience in facilitating communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

User-Centric Focus: Experience in engaging directly with end-users to gather feedback, understand needs, and incorporate insights into product development. Commitment to enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex data and product concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to foster an environment of clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Adaptability: Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a changing environment and to prioritize tasks in a way that aligns with the company's strategic goals and user needs.

This role is tailor-made for a dynamic product management professional who combines a deep understanding of data and its transformative power with a passion for solving complex problems and optimizing internal operations. If you are eager to drive change and make an impact within a leading commercial real estate technology company, we welcome your application.
