Our team provides Federal Government O&M support of contracted operations. Job Responsibilities Project manage and coordinate the installation of Government contract voice/data/toll?free and switched voice services, including associated equipment. Provide 24/7 Telecommunication Service Priority (TSP) and escalation support of circuit orders, long?distance account issues, call blocks and any maintenance?related requests. Ensure that AT&T?provided terminating equipment necessary for all services will interface properly with customer equipment; perform shipping, receiving, and inventory on required equipment. Responsible for implementation of services from conception, ordering, installation coordination, billing, and any subsequent maintenance and/or trouble?shooter activities. Coordinate service orders with outside agencies such as Local Exchange Companies (LEC), equipment providers, and other external customers to meet critical dates and ensure timely service delivery. Expertise in SOTS, TIRKS, POCITS, SSIRS, DOCUMENT VIEWER, RDS and Government account operations preferred. Provide order data to support detailed databases of circuit and facility records (clli codes, exchange company provider circuit IDs, protocols, etc.) necessary to track current and historical service provided to the customer. Provide team leadership support to other members of the team. Out?of?hours support is a requirement; occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned. This is a full?time on?site position located at a Government Customer facility in Bluemont, VA. Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government?issued Top Secret Security Clearance; holding a current TS is a plus. Required Clearance Must be able to initially obtain Public Trust and follow?on TS (#clearable). Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government?issued Top Secret Security Clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus. Compensation Earn between $79,300 $130,800. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
