Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional for the position of Patient Service Representative at our Wheat Ridge, CO location.This is a full time position M-F Duties and ResponsibilitiesSchedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and ProceduresAssist with Authorization and VerificationsChecking In / Out PatientsAnswering Multiple Phone LinesProvide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing OfficeInsurance VerificationEnsure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into SystemProcess Requests and Filing of Patient RecordsRequirements1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or HospitalExperience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification NeededAbility to Handle Heavy Patient VolumeBilingual Strongly PreferredStrong Customer Service and Computer SkillsAbility to Multi-TaskMedical Terminology KnowledgeInsurance Verification ExperienceMedical Assistant Certification a PlusOur benefits package includes:Medical / Dental / Vision / Life / Pharmacy Plans401(k) with Employer MatchPaid Maternity LeavePaid Vacation TimePTO Accrual Beginning Day 1Colleague Referral Bonus ProgramTouchstone Medical Imaging, LLC is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services in the United States.
