•Directly responsible for the supervision of Security Officers and/or First Responders on assigned shift.
•Acts as a representative of the property, interacting with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
•Trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates Security Officers on assigned shift.
•Responsible for assisting the department head with recruitment efforts to include the interviewing and selection process.
•Patrols the property on assigned shift, identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and reports same to the appropriate individual to ensure the safety and protection of guests and team members.
•Acts as a backup to Security Officers on assigned shift and assumes their duties when necessary.
•Responsible for the documentation of incident reports, etc. on assigned shift.
•Assists in the daily operations of the Security Department.
Carries out any other duties as assigned.
