Our busy Italian bakery is looking for a Baker that will produce our line of authentic Italian cakes and pastries. Knowledge of Italian style pastries and cakes is an asset, but not required. This position is full-time, requiring work on weekdays, weekends and holidays 5-6 days per week. Wage will be based on experience.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**

* Prepare creams for cake fillings.

* Prepare fresh whipped creams and ganache for cake decorating.

* Assemble, fill and mask cakes to be ready for decoration.

* Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.

* Experience in cake decorating with fondant is an asset but not required.

* Cleaning responsibilities and maintaining a clean work environment.

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 1 year experience in baking

* Be highly organized and able to multitask

* An eager and positive attitude

* Working as a team member and assisting in other areas as needed.

* Ability to work in a standing position during entire shift

* Punctual and reliable

Our busy Italian Bakery is looking for a Line Cook to assist the chef in prepping, and cooking our various lines of production of savoury food items. The right candidate will have a great opportunity to become trained in all areas of cooking. This position is full time, including work on weekdays, weekends and holidays. 5-6 days per week. Wage will be based on experience.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**

* Take direction from our chef in assisting with all savoury food preparation (sauces, soups, pastas, meat, pizzas, riceballs etc.)

* Assist chef in preparing catering orders.

* Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or kitchen.

* Maintain our high standards for product freshness and sanitization.

* Cleaning responsibilities and maintaining a clean work environment.

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 1 year experience working in a kitchen

* Be highly organized and able to multitask

* An eager and positive attitude

* Working as a team member and assisting in other areas as needed.

* Ability to work in a standing position during entire shift
