Pleasanton, TX 78064, USA Req #696 Tuesday, February 1, 2022 **POSITION SUMMARY** The Shop Hand will provide general support to the maintenance department and make decisions concerning prioritization in accomplishing assigned tasks. **Key Accountabilities**

* Ensure adherence to workplace safety, environmental, national safety code, NexTier, government, as well as client policies and regulations.

* Perform basic maintenance and various mechanical duties under the supervision and direction of shop staff.

* Ensure service shop is clean and organized.

* Report any mechanical deficiencies or other areas of concern to appropriate shop staff.

* Operate all equipment in a safe and reasonable manner.

* Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Required Education**

* H.S. Diploma - Required
