Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst

8-month contract

Onsite - Westford MA

Must Haves:

  • BA or BS degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments and administering complex programs
  • Advanced Excel skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Callidus (SAP Commissions) or a similar SaaS-based compensation tool is preferred.
  • Anaplan skills are ideal.

Job Summary/Description:

This position is responsible for the administration of monthly, quarterly and annual sales incentive plans and commission payments for the Americas and WW based sales segments. This includes partnering with various other departments to establish process, procedures and adequate controls around the collection of data and system feeds that occur in the sales incentive compensation system. The person in this position will also be responsible maintaining quota files for primary and secondary participants, and for trouble shooting, providing compensation analysis and sales incentive reporting to finance management. During GTM Implementation this role will provide guidance to Sales and Sales Finance and will assist in the setup of quotas and compensation plans. This person will also work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis and presentations, SOX requirements, and report enhancements.
