PARTS COUNTER SALES PERSON

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Service Customer and Internal vehicles with part inquires
  • Receive and handle repair orders and process paperwork correctly
  • Efficiently work the front and back part counter
  • Complete parts inquires through MPI program
  • Keep area clean and organized
  • Complete online factory training
  • Handel day to day parts shipping and receiving area
  • Answer phone inquiries with customer and wholesalers
  • Any other task assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Basic Automotive knowledge
  • Import Part handling experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills and experience
  • Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Toyota or Lexus part experience a plus

All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen
