Cardinal IG - Fargo produces premier insulating glass units. Our principle customers are leading manufacturers of residential windows and doors. At Cardinal, we maintain a clear vision of designing and fabricating the most advanced residential glass products in the industry.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Custodian to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Focus on keeping the building in a clean and orderly condition by following a daily checklist.

* Keep break rooms clean and stocked.

* Vacuuming, dusting, and keeping the front office area clean and organized.

* Sweeping/mopping floors.

* Servicing, cleaning, and supplying each restroom in the plant.

* Make sure that surfaces are properly disinfected.

* Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.

**Qualifications:**

* **Previous cleaning experience is required**.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Must be at least 18 year of age

* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

* Seeking someone who is self-motivated and who able to work on their own.

* Must have good attention to detail.

* Must be able to work overtime as required.

**Physical Ability:**

* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
