Position Overview: Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team of highly collaborative CRNAs and Anesthesiologists Working for Northwest Permanente, our CRNAs enjoy: $303,788 to $345,000 Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution) 90%+ employer paid health plan Student loan assistance program up to $100k or a $50k Sign-on bonus Relocation allowance - up to $15K Up to $35k tuition reimbursement for final year of school. Shift lengths are variable Differential pay for evenings, nights, weekends, and 36+ hours Cases include neuro/backs, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. No regional or hearts Provide coverage at 4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base Medical supervision Professional liability coverage Mentoring SRNAs for clinical rotations * Projected annual total rewards value may be adjusted for FTE, experience, geography, and qualifications are subject to plan participation requirements.
