EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of mathematics and business procedures. Knowledge of computer/data bases and the ability to use a computer, laser printer, fax machine, copy machine, telephone, typewriter, and calculator.

OTHER: Ability to communicate with others, well organized and able to meet deadlines with accuracy. Should have good vision, good memory and good spelling skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet visitors and residents; provide tours of facility.

Answer and route phone calls from residents and vendors to the appropriate contact within Property Management and/or dispatch personnel based on immediate needs.

  1. Scheduling of prospective applicants.
  2. Assist office with outgoing calls.
  3. Assist residents as needed for the front desk.
  4. Maintains calendars.
  5. Assists with flyers and pass out resident notices.
  6. Input resident reported work orders into the the system.
  7. Assist in other departments on an as needed basis.
  8. Assist with transportation of residents on facility bus.
  9. Update and maintain Newspaper List.
  10. Prequalify applicants.
  11. Handles mailing for facility.
  12. Provide high quality of customer service, update and maintain current daily and emergency resident contact lists and resident information manuals.
  13. Maintain and update as necessary all resident contact information, after hour access
  14. Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management
  15. Assisted property manager as needed on special projects
  16. Filing and other duties as deemed necessary.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Occasionally bends/stoops, squats and reaches above the shoulders.

Frequently pushes/pulls and lifts/carries 'up to 10 pounds.

Walks or stands up to I hour of the work day.

Possess good eye-hand coordination.

Ability to concentrate on moderate and/or fine detail with frequent interruptions required to perform necessary functions.

Ability to read and write English.

Possess hand-finger dexterity for computer data entry
