Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant to join our team
Your Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
* Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
* Other duties as required.
Your Shift:
* Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
You Must Have:
* Experience in a production related environment preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills.
* Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
* Basic math and computer skills.
Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
* Frequently required to move inside the facility.
* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).
We Would Also Prefer:
* High School Diploma/GED
