Empower Aesthetics (“Empower”) and Shore Capital Partners (“SCP”) are seeking an Integration Lead to support acquisitions and other integration initiatives for our exciting new platform investment in the medical aesthetics/medical spa space, launched in 2022. The headquarters of Empower and the location of this role is in Austin, Texas. Empower focuses on managing and growing medical aesthetics practices, which offer a wide variety of minimally invasive, non-surgical cosmetic services including injectables (like Botox and fillers), body contouring, laser and needle-based skin services, and aesthetician services. About the role: Are you passionate about building connections and ensuring smooth transitions? Empower Aesthetics is seeking a motivated Integration Lead to join our team. As an Integration Lead, you'll play a vital role in welcoming new partner practices to our platform and ensuring their successful integration. We're looking for candidates with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner providers and practice leaders during their first 100 days with Empower Aesthetics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements and deliver key integration initiatives. Assist in creating seamless transitions from Business Development to ongoing Operations. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful completion of post-acquisition integration activities. Regularly propose ideas to enhance the integration process as our platform evolves. Essential Job Functions: Assist in analyzing operating processes and developing tailored integration plans. Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Orient and train new partners on Empower Aesthetics’ best practices. Facilitate meetings and report integration progress to stakeholders. Maintain ethical conduct and uphold company values at all times. Essential Job Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to problem-solve and gain trust from team members. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and collaborate with various personalities. Requirements Minimum Requirements: 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or integrations Willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work beyond a standard work schedule and travel 50% Proven track record of leading and organizing cross-functional teams Experience with, or demonstrate the ability to use, web-based tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Asana and SmartSheet Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field. Customer service experience is a plus. Organizational Change Management experience Previous exposure to multi-site healthcare or aesthetic industry preferred.
