Assist management in integrating and interpreting ISO and Safety processes into business process. To support the execution of the Company business plan by planning, implementing and coordinating Safety programs to prevent unsafe environmental working conditions and by assisting in the integration of ISO programs into business management processesQualifications:Bachelors degree in business or engineering and five years technical and regulatory experience or equivalentBackground in principles of the ISO Quality Management Systems and leading ISO auditsExperience in manufacturing operations preferably in the stamping or fabrication industries with technical knowledge of parts manufacturingExperience in quality system auditsThorough understanding of GD&TExperience and knowledge in PC DMIS preferredUnderstands the care and use of a variety of variable and attribute gagesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costsStrong attention to detail with proven ability to problem solve and employ root cause analysis processStrong computer skills, Windows environment including MS Office Suite and exposure to ERP systemsFluent reading, writing, and speaking English with excellent communication skillsMust be a team player, a self-starter, a problem solver and adaptablePrimary Duties:Plan, direct, coordinate and continuously improve the ISO quality management system of the organizationDirect, coordinate and supervise quality department operations, personnel, and workloadRemain current with, maintain, and apply knowledge of current ISO StandardsImplement policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system in supporting the execution of the Company business planResponsible for Gauge Calibration tracking, compliance, and process managementPPAP documentation review and submissionsCMM / Faro operations as neededInternal Audits including but not limited to QMS audits, dock audits, process & product audits#J-18808-Ljbffr
