It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing Job Description: As an extension of the Global Brand team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for executing brand standards and marketing strategies at the property to increase brand awareness; communicate the property’s positioning, USPs and brand pillars; cultivate and enhance partnerships; develop online content; promote on-property activities; increase direct bookings; and support wholesale/OTA/travel advisor/group efforts. The Marketing Manager will also support project management assignments, administrative responsibilities, and execute property communications. Minimum 4 years in the marketing industry; at least two years in hospitality industry preferred. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience or equivalent experience preferred. Working knowledge of PMS, CRS, BI-, Adobe Creative Suite, and high-level Excel is preferred. Ability to travel within the State of Hawaii and U.S. Mainland required; international travel preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours.
