Experience with implementing and maintaining ISO 9000 certification and experience of instrumentation calibration control are essential requirements. • Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with regulatory and industry standard requirements. • Conducts training, audits and reviews, analyzes data, writes and approves documentation related to maintenance and continuous improvement of quality processes. • Responsible for timely management and input of quality reporting. • Actively involved with the shipping & receiving department, including, but not limited to, incoming and outgoing quality inspection, order loading and production. • Provides leadership in resolving customer complaints by forming teams to determine root cause and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented. • Develops and implements company and regulatory quality standards. • Knowledgeable of industry and governmental quality regulations. • Audits, reviews and analyzes quality data according to existing documents and procedures. Develop policies or methods to improve production quality checks. • Contributes to complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. • Manages Quality staff, training and assignment work to complete required evaluations and testing on time

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Interpret and support quality departmental standards 2. Assist in implementation and sustain ISO standards (QMS) 3. Supervise the input of testing & inspection data 4. Motivate and maintain employee responsiveness and cooperation & effectiveness. 5. Perform audits of products & processes. Report audit results. 6. Manage & analyze data from the Priority ERP database using process control and analysis tools 7. Validate and report results of data analysis performed by others 8. Creating documentation of quality procedures. In some cases, managing processes that were documented. 9. Conduct training of employees on Quality-related topics. Conduct testing & evaluations to assure training efficacy. 10. Rating and Ranking of departmental employees. 11. Manage instrumentation calibration and control 12. Ensuring quarantine and disposition of non-conforming product. 13. All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications: 1. Ability to learn and work with various computer programs (Including MS Office) 2. Statistical, data driven thinking. 3. Exceptional attitude with the ability to collaborate with others in cross-functional teams. 4. Ability to understand and participate in Statistical Process Control (SPC) projects and activities. 5. Ability to create & organize data and good file management. 6. Must have 20/20 vision (with correction if necessary) & no color blindness or inability to judge color hues.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent, proficient with all Microsoft applications, self-motivated, excellent time management, dependable. Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, safe work practices and pursue efficiency at all times Abilities: Safety minded. Comprehensive trouble shooting skills & high sense of urgency Location: Louisburg, North Carolina
