Responsibilities

The Sr Asset Analyst is a key member of the EnLink optimization team who will primarily support one of EnLink's core operating segments. This individual will be responsible for learning and understanding operational capabilities, supply chain, pricing, and contractual terms to provide guidance on most profitable operating scenarios. The analyst will be responsible for a wide array of financial analysis, modeling, and presentations from past, present and future perspectives. The position requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills to partner with business leaders, provide insights into segment performance, and help drive decision-making and results.

  • Provide expected production volumes to various teams within EnLink
  • Run various scenarios on regular and ad-hoc basis to determine margin and production impacts of operational changes such as acquisitions, plant modifications, maintenance or severe weather events
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly materials for review of segment financial and operational performance while engaging with key stakeholders from Commercial, Operations and Accounting
  • Analyze actual monthly results versus budget, forecast, and prior month
  • Constantly revise, improve, and automate existing models
  • Assist in technology advancements including the transition to and adoption of Anaplan and Power BI
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience as analyst or similar position; oil and gas experience referred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; may be asked to take a proficiency test
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong mathematical acumen
  • Preference given to individuals with natural gas processing experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Creative thinker with desire to increase profitability
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of stakeholders and prepare accordingly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter who can multi-task with minimal supervision
