Our mission is to be stewards for the community through a connected, transparent and efficient government in hopes that we can cultivate the heart of a small town that operates with the excellence of a world class city.General Purpose: Performs a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the custodian care and maintenance of the Community Center.Preferred Qualifications:(A) Graduation from high school or GED equivalent(B) Working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in building and grounds maintenance; working knowledge of equipment and supplies used to do minor repairs; some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions(C) Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedule; ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time; ability to communicate orally and in writing; ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely(D) Ability to work well with the public and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writingPay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications.Schedule: Permanent Part-time. The shift days alternate each week. Below is the schedule:Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm - 9:30pm and every other Saturday 4pm - 9:30pm or laterQuestions regarding the position should be referred to the Human Resources Department by email at .
