Responsible for the accounting and reporting functions for various real estate funds. This includes overseeing the third party administrator, reviewing the administrator’s monthly and quarterly books of the fund (includes fee calculations, investor allocations, promote calculations), including coordination of the year-end audit, and determining the appropriate accounting treatment for all transactions. Additional responsibilities also include involvement in the operations of the fund (credit facility, capital calls, distributions), compliance, valuations, and investor requests.
