Job Summary:
We are seeking a Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Payroll, Corporate accounting, General ledger reconciliation, Balance sheet reconciliation, forecasting, Data collection, Account analysis, Public accounting, SOX, and GAAP.
Duties:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial software systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in financial consulting or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
