We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. This role requires working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols- Execute welding tasks using MIG, Flux Core, Stick welding techniques- Fabricate and assemble metal structures, components, and equipment- Conduct pipe threading and soldering as needed- Utilize power tools, micrometers, forklifts, and other equipment effectively- Maintain a clean and safe work area- Record production output accurately

REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in MIG, Flux Core welding- High School Diploma or equivalent required- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and fabricate sheet metal components- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting

SCHEDULE & PAY

- This position offers a competitive pay scale based on experience

- Monday to Friday

- 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

- $24 - $27 DOE

- Shift Differential of $1.50

- All candidates must undergo pre-employment screening including drug testing and physical assessment.
