Our Client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to support and collaborate with experienced OCM consultants on larger projects while also leading and managing smaller initiatives independently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and ensuring the successful implementation of technology projects within Power Delivery. This position has been created to support the growing demand for OCM expertise within the client's organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to both small-scale initiatives and larger technology projects, providing valuable backup support to tenured OCM consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans, focusing on clear and visually engaging delivery.
  • Conduct change assessments and advise project managers and business process managers on change strategies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and OCM team members to ensure alignment and consistency in change management approaches.
  • Lead and perform OCM activities on projects of varying scale, balancing strategic advisory roles with hands-on implementation.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify key influencers to tailor change strategies effectively.
  • Coordinate with the learning team for the development of training materials, leveraging existing communication platforms such as SharePoint and Staffbase.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance change management effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute OCM activities across projects of varying scope and complexity.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and impactful messaging through various channels.
  • Experience working with communication platforms such as SharePoint and Staffbase is preferred.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Preferred Competencies:

Candidates with demonstrated adaptability, practical problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset will be preferred. Experience in the technology sector and familiarity with Power Delivery projects will be advantageous.
