What you will be doing:
The Business Analyst will oversee and coordinate several internal organizational initiatives over the foreseeable future. Your primary focus will be on organizing these projects, communicating effectively with key stakeholders and executives, and ensuring that all tasks are completed successfully.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Follow the DOT Strategic Initiatives Framework.
Project manage internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Shape project outputs by driving intended business outcomes.
Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Act with a sense of urgency, identify alternatives, and set realistic timeframes for resolution.
Complete work based on priority, follow through as promised, and set clear expectations.
Demonstrate active listening and critical thinking skills to comprehend and address complex issues.
Maintain awareness of industry advancements and their implications.
Understand and present concepts to non-technical audiences.
Resolve problems in their early stages and document details in a ticketing system.

2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or business/operational analytics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability to situations with incomplete data or without precedent.
Clear, professional, and concise communication skills using various tools and platforms.
Critical thinking and customer service skills.
Experience in documenting and communicating complex concepts.
Preparation and delivery of reports, plans, and briefings using presentation technology.
Ability to work ethically and with integrity.
