Responsibilities Lead the design of structural systems for buildings across various sectors, including K-12, Justice & Civic, Mixed Use, Cultural and Performing Arts, and Higher Education. Develop and manage a structural engineering team to produce high-quality construction documents using Revit. Oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Collaborate closely with other disciplines as part of an integrated design team to create highly cohesive building designs. Work directly with the regional discipline leader to assist in developing work plans, project schedules, budgets, and proposals for internal teams and external clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of structural engineering experience in building design, including expertise in concrete, masonry, steel, and wood/timber systems. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred. Proven experience leading engineering teams on complex projects. Proficiency in structural software (ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, ADAPT, RISA) and BIM, particularly Autodesk Revit.
