Education Level: Bachelors

Primary Purpose: To manage, support, and service project assignments through completion; administer procedures and processes to measure and manage customer satisfaction; identify, analyze, and report trends; and provide interpretation of report information with recommendations for improvement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Identify required resources; research project data, procedures, and history for thorough understanding of project direction.
  • Prepare and manage project plans through completion.
  • Provide data analysis, including identifying trends across multiple offices for national client operations.
  • Monitor and assess data accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicate project progress to involved parties.
  • Assist Program Managers in resolving project issues.
  • Deliver oral and written presentations of project results.
  • Provide training to colleagues as needed.
  • Assist in program transitions as required.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization's quality programs.
  • Travel as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Administer company personnel policies and staffing standards.
  • Interview, hire, and establish performance development plans for colleagues.
  • Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
Qualifications:

Education & Licensing:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
  • Courses in Computer Sciences advantageous.
Experience:
  • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Project management expertise.
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to plan for and manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter, self-motivated with experience in complex projects
  • Integration experience with large-scale projects
  • Collaboration with various functional teams
  • Knowledge of data analysis with strong Excel skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
