Reporting to the Sr. Director of Financial Services (PANFS), the Sr. Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the captive finance This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed organization within the Company, leveraging prior experience and knowledge to grow and expand the organizations contributions and capabilities.

This is a people management role.

Your Impact

  • Manage all pre-sales and post-sales financing activities including:
  • Coordinate documentation process with sales, legal, and the customer
  • Assist sales with deal structuring and pricing
  • Secure all required credit, pricing, and non-standard terms and condition approvals
  • Coordinate with accounting and accounts payable to ensure timely funding of new PANFS financings
  • Work closely with accounts receivable team to help resolve customer payment disputes, past due accounts, etc.
  • Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of deals, managing quarter-end and year-end deadlines
  • Working with accounting, sales operations, order management, IT and other teams to ensure the financing program is integrated into the companys overall booking/order process
  • Manage customer and PANFS on-boarding process
  • Working with accounting and IT manage the day-to-day leasing and financing system (IDS)
  • Develop and manage complete set of management reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal and regulatory requirements.

Your Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; MBA or other training/certifications (project management) are a plus
  • 7+ years experience of leasing and financing experience
  • Previous experience with IDS Collaborative and highly professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure.
  • Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
