Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire a Program Quality Engineering Supervisor to support the Precision Fires Programs in Camden, Arkansas. Camden's operations utilize state of the art processes to produce and validate hardware for sophisticated missile systems and launch vehicles.

The Program QE Supervisor directs inspectors and quality engineers, including hiring, training, assessing performance, and removing barriers to execution. The Supervisor allocates resources, assigns work, and establishes an effective business rhythm. The Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of quality, communicates quality requirements, addresses concerns and expectations, and ensures financial responsibilities are met. The successful candidate will identify and implement quality requirements, maintain a metrics program, actively address adverse trends, and ensure product acceptance and delivery.

Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position. Camden, Arkansas is on the Ouachita River about 100 miles south of Little Rock. Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in a science, technology, engineering or math discipline; or equivalent experience/combined education
Desired Skills:
-STEM Degree highly preferred

-Manufacturing experience

-Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103

-Working knowledge of SAP

-Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes

-Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods

-Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

-Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
