Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of curated data solutions. Work with data analysts and business users to translate functional requirements into technical designs. Deliver reusable data products and insightful accurate reports and dashboards to business users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design, build and maintain scalable business intelligence reporting solutions
Collaborate with Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Test Engineer to deliver end product
Design, build and maintain analytical pipelines that curate data for a variety of analytical and operational use cases
Lead and mentor other BI developers to implement best practices, design and style standards for dashboards
Conduct POC for new BI technologies
Attend scrum ceremonies to refine and plan sprint and stories
Translate functional requirement into technical design
Build and deliver rich and efficient dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and cloud based data platforms
Collaborate with other BI developer to define reporting standards and best practices
Analyze and fix production data and performance issues
Develop positive relationship with team members and business partners
Comprehensive documentation for technical design and process

Qualifications
BS degree or higher in science or technology
6+ years of developing business intelligence solution, reports and dashboards experience
4+ years of developing data warehouse, relational database and SQL experience
3+ years of experience with Cloud based data
Strong data warehouse, SQL and BI reporting experience is required
Development experience with Microsoft Power BI is required
Experience with DAX calculation is required
Experience with cloud database technologies (Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift etc.)
Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of business and technical organization
Experience with Agile methodology
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and understanding of incident management
Advance problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
