Purpose within the Organization:

The purpose of this position is to provide support to university students, faculty, and staff by communicating, scheduling, and utilizing the efforts of the university's Canyon Christian School Consortium (CCSC) Scholarship students.

Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

  • Communicate, schedule, train, and document the service commitment of the university's CCSC students.
  • Collect and maintain student data related to CCSC service hours.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and services provided.
  • Other duties as assigned by director, manager, or coordinator.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a passion and willingness to help others succeed.
  • Possess strong ethics and integrity.
  • Preferred Availability: Able to work 14-16 hours per week during hours of operation
  • Knowledge of Excel and data entry.
  • Must have previously lived on campus a minimum of one semester
  • Preferred living on campus
  • Preferred current CCSC scholar

  • Laptop
  • Headset (Headphones and microphone)
Education:

Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy.

Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
  • Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor's program.
  • Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student.
  • Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the university.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting: 90%
  • Walking: 10%
  • Fine Motor Skills (clicking, typing, etc): 100%
  • Gross Motor Skills (lifting, pulling, moving items etc): 5%


Pay Rate: Minimum Wage

Expected End Date: June 30, 2025
