Job Summary This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end implementation of Security Operations modules within the ServiceNow platform for a major energy company. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between internal security teams, ServiceNow specialists, and external implementation vendors to ensure successful module deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical project delivery with stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and risk mitigation. Working in a fully remote capacity with occasional onsite collaboration opportunities, the position demands strong organizational capabilities and the ability to drive complex IT initiatives from planning through execution while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle project management for ServiceNow Security Operations module implementation from initiation through closure. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal security teams, ServiceNow specialists, and external vendor partners. Drive project delivery by managing timelines, budget forecasting, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Identify, document, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings, manage schedules, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure quality execution standards. Monitor project progress continuously and adjust plans proactively to meet established objectives. Oversee vendor management activities, cross-functional coordination efforts, and escalation handling processes. Plan and track project activities and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. Provide financial oversight including forecasting and budget management. Document critical decisions, action items, and project outcomes for organizational knowledge retention. Coordinate effectively with business subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure requirements are met. Skills IT project management with minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience. Stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences. Project planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Risk management and issue resolution. Cyber Security domain knowledge (preferred). ServiceNow platform experience, particularly with application deployment or module implementation (preferred). Prior delivery of IT application projects (preferred).
