Pink Shell Beach Resort is currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the responsibilities of the Front Desk staff and ensures that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner.

What are we looking for?
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • 2 years' experience preferred
  • Second shift position (3:00 - 11:00), required to work weekends and holidays
What would my job and responsibilities be?
  • Assist guest with special accommodations
  • Ensures room holds are kept
  • Communicates with other departments in regards to room needs and/or maintenance issues
  • Reviews AM and PM discrepancy reports
  • Understands and has a thorough knowledge of PMS system
  • Understands and can perform all front desk functions
  • Assist clerks by checking in guests
  • Delivers messages and packages to guest rooms
  • Assist guest with faxing documents if needed
  • Ensures all charges are properly posted
  • Receives cash and credit cards from guests for payment
  • Knows all room rates
  • Provides direction of hotel facilities, rooms and local area attractions to guests
  • Ensures proper staffing levels for weekly schedules
  • Monitors associate breaks
  • Trains all new Front Desk Clerks
  • Issues parking passes to guests
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
